Toddler Room

Our toddler room is used in the morning, as this is also where our toddlers have the option to come and sleep / rest 12:30-2:30, and is a combination of our older toddlers from the baby room and some of our younger children from upstairs. Supported with staff from both the baby and upstairs room. Allowing opportunity for our toddlers to meet some of the other staff team ahead of there transition and also allows additional time and focus for our younger children of upstairs to engage in activities specifically appropriate for them.

The toddler room provides children with new and challenging activities daily to build on their personal, social and emotional, physical and communication skills. Building on these prime areas enables children to become increasingly independent which helps us to ready them for their next transition.

This room continues to have free access to wide range of resources as well as pre-planned activities
